Yes I did that. For tha last time.

Well you are definitely doing something wrong still. Another screenshot of you GameData directory would help pinpoint exactly what you are doing wrong.

I did give you a good answer. I told you exactly how to install the mod. You just seem to have an extremely hard time understanding how to install a mod. And so I'll explain it once more.

  • Open the .zip file
  • Double-click the GameData folder within the .zip file
  • Drag and drop the "Launchers Pack" folder into your GameData directory.

If you want to install the recommended mods (Firespitter, Texture Replacer) as well, the method of installing them are exactly the same. It really does not get any simpler than this.

holy excrements, I wish somebody would have explained that to me. I'm brand new to mods. Everyone kept saying drag the entire folder to gamedata... so frustrating...

Thanks for the help!

It worked I played around with the files and it worked! EDIT: I did do something wrong. I got confused and put the whole new gamedata thing in gamedata, instead, I should have gotten the file within that file. sorry guys for taking up space on the forum. I apologise. Careless mistake. Hopefully, nobody hates me. Again, Sorry.

@Commander223323, hey, you renamed gamedata? You don't need to do that.

Your ksp folder should look like this. Kerbal Space Program/Gamedata/[all the mods installed]

Ksp scans the gamedata folder for mods, it doesn't matter how it is, as long as the mod files are in the gamedata folder of ksp

I'm sorry, I was responding on the notification I got, without looking on the other answers. Don't mind me hahah glad you got is solved man.

@Elon's Musk @Commander223323 Excellent to hear that you finally got it working!

@thomash Actually, these ones are 1:1 scale, so F9 is slightly smaller in diameter than the 3.75m parts (3.66m). :)

Thanks everyone for trying to help. I tried to use the laztek alternative. It was not good

Made a little something

Nobody notice this? Fantastic work!

Fantastic view of first stage "falling" to the earth.

Hopefully SpaceX would release the fairing parachute soon so we can used here . But it seems that the fairing had some minor damage when they recovered it (i forgot where that photo comes from).

Oh well. The installation looks correct so far, maybe RO is screwing with you. I don'thave RO installed, so it would be great if someone with RO could help here. On a fresh install of KSP it should definitely work :/

Ok. Thanks for the reply. I'll wait for someone else to give me an answer

Actually, it should say "Launchers Pack", not "Launchers pack". Why did you make a custom folder? You could have just dragged the whole folder into GameData

Oh, what? I did not make a custom folder. I'll rename it back again. I don't know why it would have a lowercase p, EDIT: Okay whenever I re name the file it automatically goes back to "Launchers pack"

so it looks like this

77c07d4319014bb2b1156e02f0adbb1b.pngsb9a7f8b9ce5a430299129190f793a817.png

But when I press ENTER. It goes back to THIS:

7f64c0d1d2ff4805a64922c4598c8f7c.png

EDIT 2:When I click the folder, It shows up normally in the top bar.

THIS:

b49896749d3c4afcbb34a8c0a2cc9293.png

FINAL EDIT! So now all of a sudden it is showing up how it should:

6d3c9e31082347eb85839175b537a25b.png

FINAL EDIT FOR REAL THIS TIME!: OKAY, after the p started showing as P. THE MOD IS WORKING NOW. THANK YOU!

For a second, I thought that you made the same mistake as me. I made a custom folder. I'm finally enjoying this mod

MOVE THE .PNG FILES TO THE FOLDER "GameData\Launchers Pack\Rockets\SpaceX\PayloadFairingtextures"

AND THE .CFG FILE TO "GameData\Launchers Pack\Rockets\SpaceX

I have a suggestion. Can you try to make an actual dragon and dragon V2 instead of a mockup? That would be cool because I can resupply my space station with that. Thanks. I tried with LazTek's dragon, but it doesn't fit.

If you want the Laztek parts to fit, what you do is in the parts CFG file, set the RESCALE factor to 1.25
