KSC Party

Jeb, Bill and Bob are on their way back to KSC after a long mission all around the system. They will be dropping in shortly.

We are going to throw them a surprise welcome back party.

As such, we need to decorate the KSC ready for an all night party.

The challenge, Light up the KSC brightly and colourfully.

Rules:

No mods.

No infinite rcs, or fuels of any kind.

No custom parts.

Must be colourful and spectacular

Bonus points:

Spectacular fireworks

Technological flairs

Artistic flairs

Colourful flybys

Impressive constructions

Points deducted for eyesores!

I still have some work to do but this should give you some inspiration.

nope, there are no restrictions on how you do it other than what is stated. I have 7 buggies and one tower with light arrays on so far. Except I need to edit them as they are colour combining to create too much hot pink...

Well, i've had to turn all the lighting off because it brought my PC to 3 frames per second... And... it also crashed KSP...

So, it's going to be interesting to see what people come up with...

Yes, if you add too much light to one spot it will make it go white if it has red and green and blue shining on it.

So, you have one... whats next?

More likely than a bug is that you have more lights sources than permitted. How high do you have that in-game setting set?

light sources and shaders are set to max...

But if you look at the start of the runway bottom left then you can see the lighting on the 'grass' around the runway which implies a bug. Oh, and their is a while square pannel lit up around the runway.

My pixel light sources and shaders are set to max in the game.
