Is it just me? Or anyone else do this?

mine are usually geared towards functionality with minor attention to the looks.

In that regard we're on common ground. I never care about how my craft looks. If I can remove a part and it still functions then I'm all for it. The only real reason I look for craft files IS aesthetics. There are some very creative people out there. :)

I've landed and returned from everywhere. Now what? IRONMAN MODE. No saving.

Same boat. So I started messing with mods.

New career with All the mods Mr manley uses in his interstellar quest series. It's like a whole new game!

One of the things that broke the game for me is the realisation that the smallest possible rocket in the game: 2 OSCAR-B fuel tanks, an OKTO2, 2 OX-STAT panels, and 2 LF1-R engines, has enough dV (~1800) and thrust to land anywhere except Tylo and Eve. While weighing under 0.3T.

Look at how ridiculous this is.

It's only issue is that it has trouble out Jool way because the OX-STAT doesn't provide much power at that distance, and at Eeloo it just drains the battery super fast.

But, still.. how crazy is that little thing??

It's common for me to have slow times in "life sucking" games like this. And I can tell you, I know of too many games that are "life sucking" to my taste xD So I play one of them until exhaustion, and then move to another, and every now and then, I get back to all of them.

I don't see anything crazy or ridiculous on it. And it's even not the smallest possible rocket. Drop one panel, one tank, and one engine and only then you got smallest possible rocket. Completely useless on Kerbin, so you need to get it somewhere first.

It compares with quite a few real-life probes nicely IMO.

Wow a lot more responses than I expected.

Its been like this since the beginning for me and I only have a handful of hours in KSP (maybe 100 max?). I have plenty of things I can re/do in kerbin's SOI because of all my screwups. They were fun and funny, but screwed up from a space program perspective.

BTW, when looking at kahlzun's tiny rocket did anyone else right-click to look at it from other angles?
