.24 cfg updates

I know that the next update will bring cost as a factor for using parts in career mode. Is it going to use the current "cost" line that is in the .cfg or is there a new parameter?

I have been using mods to simulate cost to tune some of the numbers but I would really like to get a jump on editing the .cfg's in preparation for the update...

Are there any details on this?

Most part cfgs, included modded part cfgs, already have a cost entry. My assumption is that .24 will actually start using this value.
