About how many times per second do you change your view?

View orientation in KSP?

Depends on the situation ... quite often if I do screenshots/enjoy the view.

Rather seldom, if I perform maneuvres via IVA (with Halp of RasterPropMonitors)

Not much, I like to keep the horizon out of sight when launching stuff on my laptop, but generally don't play with the view that much.

I change it about 0.15 times per second (about every 5 - 10 seconds) ;)

'course that depends what I'm doing. During ascent, I tend to gravity turn in the map view, in which I just set up a good view once and leave it while I focus on what my Apoapsis is doing and such. During re-entry, I tend to keep the camera pointed skyward to ease the burden on my video driver.

During docking, however... heh ^^;

When conducting orbital maneuvers, hardly at all because I'm in map view staring at the navball.

When landing, all the time because I'm looking for obstructions.

When ascending or coasting through orbit, a lot because I'm admiring the pretty ship orienting for good screenshots.
