Hey whenever I use RVE the map view shows a night-side view thats fine, but the day-side of the planet is just pure white and glitching all over the place (Z-fighting I think but I could be wrong, it doesn't look much like it). I though I was running out of memory, but I've got a bit to spare... Any ideas?

Hi all, the dark side of the planets is pitch black, and the illuminated side is too bright, i tried a mod that change the luminosity, but it seems to work only on the illuminated side of the planets. There is a way that you guys know to fix this?

I also would like to eliminate the city texture on the ground (I already deleted the lights), and the first clouds layer (it appears to be very buggy and memory using), is this possible? Thank you!

edit: oh and the Sun appears very very big, covering half of my view if i have it on the screen, even in map mode, any fix for that?

Been inactive in the forums and for a long time since moving for university in October last year , but I'ts time to get back up to date with all the glorious mods out there and play some more KSP again (Only 120+ hours playing time.. I should be ashamed of myself xD) Just wanted to drop by here and just leave some more compliments for your outstanding work you achieved so far. I hope I can come by for a visit on your thread a bit more often now XD Oh and also, you probably won't see this before you're back, but enjoy your stay in Malaysia :D

Noticed that the night textures for the city don't match the daytime texture.

So I had a play and ended up with this

However... they didn't match either. So finally re textured the whole damn thing and ended up with this.

These match the daytime texture, exactly. Not sure about the colouring even though it's taken from hi level imagery so is 'technically' accurate, though not necessarily in the correct positions.

Oh, my first ever post btw, sorry for the large pictures.

Here's hoping that this and other awesome mods go from strength to strength.

I've been away for a while, but I snapped some pics of the issue I seem to be having.

There doesn't seem to be anything in the logs about RVE, and I've removed Planetshine, as well as any other visual packs before following install directions.

Dunno if you got an answer, didn't see one, but it looks like you have an extra layer in there somewhere. Check out your in game EVE settings (CTRL+N) and check that you don't have a layer that got added accidentally (when this happens it will be a blank texture, but the alpha channel will be full, and it looks like what you posted).

i have read the last few pages, but i could not find when this mod will be back up :/

This mod will be back up when Pingopete thinks it should be back up. Progress right now has probably slightly halted because Rbray hasn't updated EVE Overhaul in a few months.
