So, after many hours of being on youtube, I found this gem:

It's a camera inside a S-1 fuel tank of a Saturn 1, flying the SA-5 mission

It's narrated by Mark Grey (I think) who posted the video online

here's another one, this time in a SIVB fuel tank from the AS-203 mission, which studied the SIVB's ability to restart.

this video doesn't have narration, but it does have the views of 2 cameras
