Would this ship be enough for Low Kerbol Orbit?

I'm trying to get the probe at the top to the lowest possible orbit of Kerbol. With the DV values, is it enough?

P.S.: I'm not orbiting Kerbin, just thrusting upwards out of atmosphere and into Kerbol SOI.

I am not sure about the numbers for a low Kerbol orbit, however I do believe it will make it. However, you may want to reconsider simply thrusting upwards, as getting into low Kerbin orbit then burning into a Kerbol orbit is more efficient due to the Oberth effect.

Yes, but not the way you are doing it. What you should do is establish an orbit first, otherwise you will be fighting (And losing dV to) gravity the entire time.

I know about the oberth effect and how it more efficient to orbit first, but I tend to stick to my nooby roots. Thanks for the clarification, guys.

"Low-orbit around Kerbol itself requires 33,680m/s deltaV according to the map and is outside the scope of this tutorial." (i.imgur.com/NKZhU57.png)

You won't get there with that deltaV, especially if you're launching and flying the inefficient way.
