[0.14 stock][heavy orbiter] Phoenix II

Here I am again with another rocket designed for looks first and functionality second. Don\'t get too scared when I say that. I did my best to ensure that it\'s flyable.

Any of you who have flown my previous creation, Deimos, know how tricky flying a non-radially-symmetric craft can be.

Flight tips:

* No pitch tendency at liftoff (now is your chance to do your roll).

* Pitch-up tendency throughout rest of flight (Very slight shortly after outer rockets are staged).

* You will need to throttle down a little as the last tanks of the outer rockets deplete.

* Keep track of the fuel on those outer rockets. The engines do not turn off when those tanks are empty. Eject them when those tanks are empty.

tried it out, much harder to control than the deimos, but it definitely looks awesome.
