One of "the most important mods in kerbal history" as quoted by Scott Manley

This is basically the mystery goo container but it's a banana. Has it's own science messages. To install just copy into game data folder.

that banana seems a little bit larger than other bananas, but it's hard to tell from the picture. can we have another banana for scale?

Haha, yeah it is a fair bit bigger than normal bananas. If you add rescaleFactor = 0.2 to the config, it will be a more realistic size.

I was under the impression that Kerbals were very short individuals to begin with (cough-cough-my-avatar). who's to say this banana is not genuine?

Omg, the idea and mod is great...how about melons, strawberries and other junkfood?

Maybe I should release a fruit in space mod ;)

Actually, lets stop for a moment and look at the facts here. This is a banana from our perspective, but one thing you fail to take into consideration is that the "banana" is the offspring of a plant which grows on the planet "Earth" and claiming that this specimen, which only resembles the banana we all know, is not at its correct scale is utterly ridiculous. On a planet which is smaller than our own moon, and oddly enough still contains the same gravitational pull as our larger planet does, we have to assume that the plant life would take a few turns in directions we cannot predict.

As for keeping them from eating it, well... how do we even know that a kerbal can properly digest the flesh of this banana-like specimen? It could be horribly toxic.
