Sorry I do not know the programming language, I hope someone will take this good mod

Does this mod give the ability for 2+ kerbals to deploy parachutes simultaneously? if not...could it be in a future update? Perhaps with the All Y'all mod?  With paragliders now possible in 1.4...I can see some fun with 2+ Command seats and some sweet parachute lift.
