Hola no estoy muy seguro pero creo que tendras que hablar con algún administrador.

Que yo sepa no se puden borrar los hilos, ellos si pueden, la exclamacion obscura debajo de tu avatar o "reporte", es para enviar algo parecido al motivo de porque quieres cerrarlo.

Prueba ahí y nos cuentas...
