KSP Randomly Crashes

Hello,

I´ve Installed KSP again and also some mods. i´ve tried with x64 and x86.

i7 2860QM 2,50 Ghz HT

12GB Ram

Gtx560 Sli = 3GB VRam

Win 7 HP x64

Ksp is installed on a External HDD with USB 3.0 (like every other game i have)

Ksp crashes randomly about ~3 times a Hour. Sometimes right after the loading screen but mostly if im going back from a flight to the VAB. and sometimes it just crashes...

it gets really annoying & i hope someone can help me with this.

Looks to be a pretty standard out of memory crash. There isn't a huge amount that you can really do, but if you're looking to eliminate as many crashes as possible, I'd recommend you give Active Texture Management a try, and run the x32 version -- the x64 version is too buggy at present for it to really make use of the higher memory ceiling anyway.

Just a random x64 crash. Nothing can be done with it at the moment, at least until 0.25 (and probably the next several updates after that)

As vexx32 said, use x86 and ATM. I also recommend trying to run in OpenGL mode.
