Could you upload the log to a website like Dropbox or Google Drive? We can't access files on your computer.

Also, what versions of each of those mods do you have installed?

Do you mean you have a 64-bit processor, or did you set up the 64-bit Mac KSP hack?

You're running out of memory:

KSP(2194,0xa11a31a8) malloc: *** mach_vm_map(size=4198400) failed (error code=3)

*** error: can't allocate region

*** set a breakpoint in malloc_error_break to debug

KSP(2194,0xa11a31a8) malloc: *** mach_vm_map(size=4194304) failed (error code=3)

*** error: can't allocate region

*** set a breakpoint in malloc_error_break to debug

Receiving unhandled NULL exception

Active Texture Management (regular, not basic) should be enough to prevent the freezes.
