Crashing on switch from VAB/Hanger to Launch

This crash has been happening since I added mods to the .25 install. I would really like to avoid pulling all of the mods and reloading them since it is such an intermittent problem.

KSPAPIExtensions is outdated and throwing errors... It comes with GlowStrips, which is not compatible with 0.25, and also other mods. I think procedural parts and MechJeb are throwing errors because of it too.

ModStatistics is outdated, does it even work?...

Action Groups Extended is outdated and throwing errors...

Mechjeb is outdated and throwing errors...

Infernal Robotics is outdated...

Most of your mods are outdated, many not even compatible to 0.25...

I'd say the problem is on your end.

What? adalast has four current copies of KSPAPIExtensions, which helpfully runs only the most recent version. ActionGroupsExtended always reports v1.0.0.0, and MechJeb and InfernalRobotics just haven't updated the version number in the plugin in a while. Everything appears to be the most recent version.

Also, where are you getting that GlowStrips isn't compatible with 0.25? There are no comments in that thread since September 1.

You could try a binary search: remove half the mods and test. If it still doesn't work, remove half of those. If it does work, put half of what you took out back in. If you can narrow it down to a specific mod that causes the problem, then you can try to make it more reproducible and then report it in that thread.

Otherwise, try Active Texture Management - basic. It shouldn't noticeably affect visual quality, but may reduce RAM usage if that's what's causing the intermittent crashes.

(Action Groups Extended dev here.) He's running AGX version 1.19 which is fully compatible with KSP 0.25

The only errors from AGX I saw were 'errors' cause by the fact that it tried to save a vessel with no parts when going from the empty editor when starting the game to loading an existing vessel from the log file.

Looking through the last log of the four linked, it looks like Exoplanetary Launchpads is the mod throwing the most errors, (ExLp in the log.)

However, I also seethe hard crash in one of the logs which is a symptom of running out of memory. Do you have some part packs installed?
