This is a glitch that some people have been having. Go to this download page and download "mk2Separator.zip - Update". This should fix the glitch

I tend to use the Sr. Docking ports a lot to make extendable ships in orbit.

Would you concider doing a Mk2 docking port? I think i could do some new designs for interplanetary transfer vehicles with something like that

I will look into it. It might be a bit difficult to get it to look right though so may take some time.
