Kethane Mining

Trying to create my first self contained Kethane miner but it isn't converting. What did I do wrong?

Did you assign action groups to the converter, or right-click on it to activate it? It's not automatic.

Yeah I've activated both oxidizer and jet fuel converters.

That's odd. My only suggestion would be to join the Kethane and fuel tank directly, and then place the converter on one end. Shouldn't have to do that, though, since Kethane has been quite improved, to make conversion a snap. Sorry I don't have a better answer.

Upload the craft file and I'll try to reproduce and debug on my end, if you haven't already figured it out.

Check that neither the kethane nor the fuel tank is locked. (Right click on them and green arrows mean unlocked, red circles mean locked.)

Here is the craft file. My Kethane mod is a few months out of date but so is my current KSP version I'm running (didn't want this career interrupted by changes). Still need to try modifying the ship, don't have much time during the week.
