Issue with subassemblies and struts and fuel lines in VAB

I connected a subassembly to my rocket and launched it, but when I reverted the flight to the VAB struts and fuel lines were not connected anymore. (The subassembly is from patch 0.25)

KSP: 0.90 Windows 32 bit

Mods installed: MechJeb 2.4.1.0

I was able to solve the problem after I remade the subassembly.
