Frustrated Trying to Buy .90

So I made the plunge and bought .90. Signed up on the KSP site. Paid for it via PayPal. Have the receipt. But I don't have the game. Never received the email with download instructions. When I try to log in, it tells me there is no account with my email address. I contacted KSP Support, but they have not responded. I really want to get started playing this weekend. Can anyone help me with this?
