3 crashes I need help diagnosing.

Recommended Posts

Firstly, here's the output log: https://www.dropbox.com/s/rmroyvye5w90wc3/output_log.txt?dl=0

Since I switched to 0.90 (32-bit version not 64-bit, even though I'm running a 64-bit system. The

download page suggests the 64-bit version is unstable) KSP has crashed 3 times. It crashed when I

selected 'Recover Vessel' at the end of a mission; it crashed when transitioning from the

facilities screen to the Main Menu. Each time I get no warning of a crash, the ksp window just

closes and all I see afterwards is an error report folder with the date in the GameData folder.

I've been playing KSP since 0.20 and I've never seen it so flaky and unstable before. Previously

I've played KSP for six hours straight without problems; now I'm always wondering when it's going

to crash. It's quite possible some of the mods I'm running are causing it, but I always try to

check their compatibility and update them whenever possible. But maybe some of these are not yet

compatible with 0.90. I forgot to remove CrewXfer; 0.90 has its own crew transfer mechanic built

in:

000_Toolbar

BoulderCo

CrewXfer

DistantObject

EnvironmentalVisualEnhancements

KerbalEngineer (0.90 version)

KerbQuake1.21

UniverseReplacer

I might try running KSP with all mods removed and see if it makes a difference. I have a horrible

feeling this is a case of trial and error.

PS: I should make it clear I switched from 0.25 to 0.90 by copying over my saved game and ships. I

did NOT start a new save game in Career Mode. All the facilities are fully operational and usable from the start.
