Wobble under no load

Recommended Posts

Done a lot of digging and haven't seen anyone mention anything about this.

I'm getting a strangle SAS related wobble effect on ships in space.

Before you jump - I had not fired/killed any kerbals in a new save before this started happening.

That is, a ship will be drifting, no engine power, not rotating on any axis; I turn the SAS on and in a seemingly linear fashion, the SAS will attempt to over correct itself until it's bobbing back and forth at 30 degrees each way @ around 3-4 minutes. This still happens when I turn on the RCS thrusters and disable the torque on my single SAS source.

I thought it was parts clipping, since I was being a little creative with procedural parts mod, but since uninstalling procedural parts, the problem persists, although it seems to be less of one (also not clipping with the stock editor).

This also happens on 100% stock craft (although using tweakscale on fins)

With most of the same mods, this was not happening to me in .25

Has anyone else had this issue?

Hey.

I have the same problem.

I have tried to remove the mods to check if that worked, and no....

Next I tried a clean install and that also did not work so, apparently it is a stock problem with KSP.

Any1 that has found a fix?

Tnx

Espen
