Vessels Spawned With No Stages / No Control.

Problem - Vessel spawns without stages / control

Mods installed - see image, all up to date

Reproduction Steps - Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce reliably, but it is happening very often, when leaving the VAB.

This issue! It has just started today.

It is ruining the game for me.

In a nutshell, leaving the VAB to go to the launchpad, the vessel appears, it has crew inside it, yet there is no IVA window, nor is there stages.

I cannot activate stages by pressing space bar, but I can activate parts manually.

This is my current mod list:

The only mods I have that strongly affect gameplay:

• Proc. Fairings
  
• Hyper-edit
  
• Kerbal Engineer (Arguable)
  

The last mod I have installed: Active texture management.

Any patterns I can see? It tends to happen with larger rockets, but I am not 100% sure if this is just a coincidence.

Sorry to bump this, but I cannot solve what is causing this.

Anything I build with more than two stages just seems to not want to work. No stages, no control, no IVA.

There are usually such problems if a capsule or a pod have IVA internals set in their config file, but internals' files are missing or currupted. Do you use any pods from other mods? And please post your output_log.txt from \Kerbal Space Program\KSP_Data

I've been using a missing IVA!

All this time it was the problem.

Silly mistake.
