Docking is a Lie

This seems like a better place to post this then adding a new thread. I am also having trouble with docking. My ports are placed in the correct orientation, and yet my connection isn't being made. Anyone have advice?

Image #5 'Naked Port' looks like the docking port has been offset down in to the fuel tank (the odd texture tearing on the face of the port). That may well cause problems with docking (specifically the tank's collider is taking priority over that of the docking port).

Oh, and watch out for that Clamp-O-Tron Sr. The difference between the docking side and the structure side is rather subtle.
