Forum keeps reverting action for subscribed threads to "None"

This is for the forum here, rather than KSP itself.

I like to keep my subscribed threads (which are mainly my mod threads) set to send instant emails when people post replies, so that I know to come in here and check them. I've gotten used to the fact that it only sends one or two emails per thread and then stops, so as not to spam you to death (though I'd love to have a higher threshold).

However, what I'm finding is that periodically a few of the subscriptions will revert to an action of "None" by themselves. Often right when they're getting replies that I really need to see. This is irritating, and not useful, and is not tied to the automatic cut-off I mentioned above.

Is there a way to turn off this "feature" (bug, IMHO)? Since it cuts off after a couple of emails anyway, we're already covered on the spamming concern.

FYI this still happens. My mod-release threads often revert back to "none" instead of sending instant emails, usually about once a week, right after I reply to one of them.

Just happened to me again.

I posted a reply on my life support mod thread. I have not received received any updates for that thread since then (12 days). I checked the subscription settings today and sure enough, it was set to "None".
