  3. We have a lot of this with CTT and a lot of the modders you already mentioned. What is not present in that context is a re-shuffling of stock. So help me understand what you're looking for that is not already out there?
  4. I do a few things. Add a tweakable lead resource to weigh stuff down (so you can at least get in the ballpark), then add a ballast tank that takes in or expels water, which gives you fine control (and if you put a tank at each end, it makes balancing a breeze).
  5. Ah - the best course will be to drop USI Tools into this pack, reason being I need to move nuclear refueling there anyway
  6. I also use the Blender and Unity toolchain, with Photoshop for textures (tho you can also use Gimp). And if you want to see modeling and such, I stream it, including a new rover project we're doing on KSPTV on Sundays.

  8. The whole point of raiding the cabinet is explicitly to prevent people from trying to game the system by 'locking' a life support container. So there's no point in variability. And it all goes to the first Kerbal. Starving them is not a mechanic I want to encourage - the penalty is only there if you're trying to game the system.
  9. Please do not post alternate versions of my core DLLs - I'd prefer to avoid the support headaches RE Physics - just make sure the engines are shut down before saving.
  10. Absolutely by design, and the rude attitude is completely unnecessary. And the key difference here: I make stuff for me first. And because I'm a nice guy, I share. Your behavior is kinda like being invited to a free party, and acting like a jerk because the host provided free nachos instead of origami swans.

  12. Correct - you need some storage space (remember this mod got a total rebuild due to 1.0).

  17. hrm... that's a very odd one. And you have no locked life support containers anywhere? Don't put them in KIS inventory. No way for me to recognize them. No need to have these for rescue Kerbals - their timer starts when the ship is first loaded
  18. A better bet would be to ask Obe to include custom categories which would sort this for a multitude of mods (including things like IR, etc. that also use custom categories).
  19. yeah, I'll be doing more base building streams coming up, especially since I want to do some general UKS/MKS untangling
  20. Actually - there's a good chance those will still work since the hatches themselves did not change, nor did Firespitter. It's certainly worth trying them out (though some of the resources may be dated)
