  1. Best bet is to just mess with Efficiency and add a decimal place Smaller is less efficient
  2. Heads up - there will be a series of updates coming up. So now is a really good time to either plunk in stuff you're interested in, or fix things that are off Also might as well consider things for deprecation - one I'd like to nominate is DepletedUranium, given I am switching over to be more in sync with NFE and use DepletedFuel and I may have had the last mod using that.
  3. You put the stuff in 'GameData' in the zip in the folder 'GameData' in KSP, simple as that - don't move stuff around, install everything. Show a screenshot of your GameData and your USI folder.
  4. Reviewed it already. And in the future, you may want to bring up potential stock bugs in the appropriate venue vs. calling something out as being "certainly" (your words not mine) a stock bug (when in fact this user's issue was 'certainly' being caused by a mod). Ping me off-forum if you wish to discuss this further.
  5. With all due respect. If this were a bug in stock code, we'd be getting spammed with these - looks a lot more like a mod bug to me that is causing the stock code to throw said error. Probably the same one with the missing resource
  6. huh - interesting. Can you log a github issue and I'll take a look
  7. Very likely a bad version. Download and install the newest USI Core - you can get it on KerbalStuff.
  8. Command seat should qualify as its vessel based
  9. Well in fairness both exist If it relates to the reactors toss it in the UmbraSpaceIndustries repo
  10. Rep hits for lack of supplies are not currently on the table. Not saying that it will not change, but certainly not in the same way 'Snacks' does it, which is a bit too unpredictable for my tastes.
  11. Again, not my problem. I do not understand why CKAN needs a license anyway, unless they are distributing from their own servers instead of just linking...
  12. No worries, not as bad as it looks once you get used to it
  13. The 'Right Thing' in this case is for CKAN to aggressively make sure my workload is as low as possible - similar to how KSP-AVC is pretty much a no-brainer for me these days, and has an ideal workflow.
  14. This is really shaping up nice! Ping me on IRC or whatever if you are having wheel issues and I can lend a hand
  15. Well in fairness there is no mechanism for pull requests against KS And the thing is... there is no need to read my specific license type to include it in CKAN. That's the root issue, and CKAN needs to fix that.
  16. Good deal And the super-large NPUs are good if your mass is huge - in the multiple kiloton range
  17. See, here's the thing. I do not use CKAN. It tends to cause me support issues. I love the idea, but they need to sort the execution. So yes, how I spelled my license (which is perfectly readable by a human) causes a problem for their parsers. This is not my problem, because it is not affecting the functionality of my mod. That list of acceptable licenses means nothing to me, since the license as detailed is perfectly acceptable. I am not trying to be a pain here, but it's just not my problem if they can't sort that, and I am incredibly busy. If CKAN wants to list my stuff, that's awesome. But I have zero idea why a license in a specific format is even required or relevant for what they are doing. And if they want more modder support (versus the building animosity because I have to deal with this instead of work on mods) then they need to sort that, plain and simple.
  18. Then that's a CKAN problem on their parser. I do not use CKAN, their elves take care of this. - - - Updated - - - (And why KS does not include such a common license is beyond me)
  19. Yep if you want EPL and MKS-L use the survey stakes and the EL parts - I already include various containers you can use for rocketparts
