The 'Callidus' is finished! The shell and engines are the same as the ship that it was originally but this version has: More fuel, more D/V, higher TWR, better (and more accurate) missiles and a pair of reversing engines.

I live near Portsmouth (Then again, Great Britain is small, so everyone else here lives close Portsmouth too) I went there to see the HMS Victory (oldest commissioned warship in the world, around 240 years old) and the HMS Warrior (First Iron warship), but the historic dockyard sits within Britain's largest naval base and there for I go to see the HMS Illustrious, HMS Diamond and many other Royal navy warships.Portsmouth was once the home of the world's largest and most powerful navy. I plan on going there again when the QE II enters the harbour for the first time, I can only imagine seeing Britain's largest ever warship.FUN FACT: When HMS Victory was put in drydock indefinitely, her fighting days seemed to be at an end but in WWII she was hit by a German bomb, and German propaganda claimed that she had been destroyed. The Government actually had to send out a notice that the ship had actually taken little damage.

I gave up on the QE class aircraft carrier (part count was the main issue) and instead I've decided to build one of these:

Just sat here. Listening to 'Rule Britannia!" Over... and over. It made me want to conquer and civilise something. Anyway, I have been building a new frigate, essentially a smaller, lighter version of 'Victory' (I'm going to call it the 'Endymion' class), I'll post again when it's finished.
