Could we redirect asteroids and comets at Pallas to change it's trajectory?

By ships I'm guessing you mean ships on water, in which case the link in my sig might have what you're looking for.

Is there any way that we could use the moon? It's much larger that Pallas and could possibly pull it into a different trajectory. Ninja'd by a very similar post.

Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis was just meant to be a very dark gas giant, but I see what you mean about it being a brown dwarf. BTW it was slightly based on TrES-2b.
