Kind of reminds me of this SMBC:
-
Looking awesome! Should be game-changing for large mun baces.
-
He\'s stated that he wants BACE to start out as space stations, and then moving on to different forms of permanent settlement. Involving munbases and whatnot.
I saw that, but that\'s no reason to discontinue existing parts. Ah well, I\'m sure I\'ve got them lying around somewhere...
-
Super excited to try this out! The old bace is gone though, are you no longer interested in those?
-
Frankly I\'d be happy if all you released were the BASE cargo craft, docking port and the inflatable space station part.
and hinges!

Yeah, you get the gravity slingshot by not landing on the moon. Point made, thread derailed.
Next person to post... Someone who won\'t derail thread again.
-
i dont remember there being a rocket in tin tin...
There was a rocket in tintin...

Did the hinges get released? I imagine they will be pretty game changing. Lots of possibilites. Might pay to release some of your finished stuff before starting new projects. Are they just landing legs are do they require a plugin? I tried to hack something together using just landing legs but it failed.

Mmmmmm ginger beer.
Someone who thinks we should skip the moon and go to mars.
-
I\'m also going to give 5/10, but for the opposite reason.
I\'m going to argue that because photoshop and autotune are acceptable, as a society we are happy to reward success by any means. Was it Bill Hicks who said bring on the drug olympics? Bring on the drug olympics.
-
Anyone remember Thunderbird 6 from one of the movies?
Lol, you want a biplane?
I was thinking powerful landing legs could be used to make a mun hopper like in captain scarlet...
-
I made this last year:
It doesn\'t show any orbital parameters, I expect people here will be upset about that.
-
Ok, let\'s ask this in a more meaningful way.
What is it that you can and will be doing? Why should a mod maker join your team rather than just making the mod themselves?
-
So... paint made of energy?
-
-
Well, I know what I\'ll be up to this weekend.
-
Not released yet unfortunately I\'ve been testing it for a friend of mine. He didn\'t want to release it without folding landing gear, so hopefully it\'ll be ready soon.
It\'s based on the NASP: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rockwell_X-30
Yeah, the key is to get the first two as close as possible. By the time I got up there with the third they had drifted a couple of kms apart, so a bit of switching is involved.
-
The task is simple: rendezvous three seperate craft in kerbin orbit. Just get two craft into a stable co-orbit and then meeting them with a third. Probably helps with switching to give them different names!
-
So... are you making your own parts once the conceptual vehicle works or is this in the wrong section?
Either way, I\'m excited about your progress!
-
Or, they won\'t increase the price until it is out of experimental (makes sense) in which case if the full release is expected in a few weeks the experimental can be expected pretty soon!
Either way, I think it\'s about right. I paid $14 back when it was $7 because I thought it was worth double moneys. Considering a 3D movie these days costs $20 in NZ for 100min of fun, KSP is probably the best value money for fun ever.
-
It\'s not finished yet...
Do want! Do you have a WIP thread or just going to post it when done?
-
For a sencond I thought it was mad photoshop skills, then I saw the noise in the blacks and realised what was going on.
-
I subscribe to the opinion that whoever said 'a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush' has obviously never tried two in the bush.
However, let\'s not mix metaphors. I\'ve seen many weka in bushes but never touched one. Are they fwuffy?

The guy who made that video should enter it in this.
