I've never used an autopilot because I learned everything on my own, and I didn't want to bother with the interface and everything else that comes with autopilot mods. I might give them a try, though, because my rendezvous skills are a little rusty, and I would like to know how the autopilot systems do those kinds of things, so I can do them better.

I've designed the lighthouse itself, I just need to build a lifter. It also functions as a lander, so it's going to become the next part of my KAS Minmus base. Although I do have to move my base now... Oh well. It's a good thing the base only has one part to it so far.

An equatorial orbit is just one that is lined up with the equator. So when you start turning during launch, you would want to point either east (90 degrees) or west (270 degrees), or simply "left and right." Hope I could help, and happy flying. I might do this, but I have a question. Can I launch parts gradually, like bring the base and then bring another piece and then another and dock them all together on Minmus? I don't know if this fits in one of the categories or if it is allowed at all.

One friend, and another friend who started before me (and stopped) and sort-of plays again now because of me. I'm currently trying to get my cousin to try it, but she said she doesn't want to play because it's too much of a sandbox game for her with no real endgame. I'm trying to persuade her again because of the new update, though.
