  2. Hello, @Muskoka, and welcome aboard! I'm gonna guess that with all that experience, you don't need to worry about learning orbital mechanics. But if you need to learn how to get to build, or fly, or change views, I suggest checking out the Gameplay Questions and Tutorials subforums.
  3. Surprise! Google has a pretty good idea of what you wan to see, and will show it to you!
  4. Also, much like murder, "intentionally trying to make us dead" has very little to do with a reason, just the intent. It could probably be easily adapted into the legal system. Does Kerbfleet have any ex post facto rules?
  5. Hello, @Alphablader, and welcome aboard! I, for one, am glad to have such a large and diverse community, and I'm happy that it's still growing!
  6. I would like to point you to the end of Eve: Order Zero, where Kerbfleet and Deeman Kerman had their first trial.
  7. Kuzzter, I think that Kerbfleet has a very good case here for kidnapping, attempted murder, and attempted piracy (not barratry)!
  8. Hello, @DunaManiac, and welcome aboard! On behalf of me, myself, and I, I would like to heartily congratulate you on joining us here! All three of me are happy to see you.
  9. Ending a sentence with a preposition is something I will not put up with!
  10. I'd never really thought about it, but I guess they sound a bit similar. His name is Mike McGrath, and he responds to emails about gardening- my dad asked him how to plant some of the fruit trees we got a few springs ago. That's... that's pretty depressing. Corn on the cob is one of my very favorite things about summer. Warning- you'll need to stock up on dental floss before eating it.
  11. Well, I have no garden in my tiny apartment, but I did wake up listening to a gardening show on NPR, and yesterday was all about gree things, so.... Here's the show, if anyone's interested: http://www.npr.org/podcasts/381443696/you-bet-your-garden
  12. I heard that you shouldn't take warnings as a personal attack. Care to comment, @Vanamonde? *Shoves mike in face*
  13. Well, I either bought my game in April or in March, I can't remember. But it was in 2014, so it's a moot point. I look forward to seeing the new DLC, even though I generally hate the concept.
  14. I'm pretty sure it doesn't. I logged in on this computer in August, and I haven't been logged out yet.
  15. There is absolutely nothing so good as the feeling you get when the class you're running late to gets canceled.

Yes unless you're at New Tech Institute being late means you pay the consequences.

Dude, this exact thing happened to me yesterday! I ran into the class but no one was there so i checked my email and the lecturer said it was cancelled.

  16. Nah, you're not the first, and you won't be the last. The sanctity of diplomats has long been observed. This sanctity has come to be known as diplomatic immunity. While there have been a number of cases where diplomats have been killed, this is normally viewed as a great breach of honour. Genghis Khan and the Mongols were well known for strongly insisting on the rights of diplomats, and they would often wreak horrific vengeance against any state that violated these rights. Diplomatic rights were established in the mid-17th century in Europe and have spread throughout the world. These rights were formalized by the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, which protects diplomats from being persecuted or prosecuted while on a diplomatic mission. If a diplomat does commit a serious crime while in a host country he may be declared as persona non grata (unwanted person). Such diplomats are then often tried for the crime in their homeland. Diplomatic communications are also viewed as sacrosanct, and diplomats have long been allowed to carry documents across borders without being searched. The mechanism for this is the so-called "diplomatic bag" (or, in some countries, the "diplomatic pouch"). While radio and digital communication have become more standard for embassies, diplomatic pouches are still quite common and some countries, including the United States, declare entire shipping containers as diplomatic pouches to bring sensitive material (often building supplies) into a country.
  17. I joined here in September 2014, but I had the game for ~6 months before that, and played the demo for another 3 months. Welcome aboard!
  18. You've got this one in the wrong place.
