It's the same problem I've had on other threads- I only get notifications from not the OP. -
PEGAS - Powered Explicit Guidance Ascent System - devlog

Damn, I didn't get an email alert for this? @Red Iron Crown, any idea why? You guessed correctly; I was thinking of ORSRIS-REx. Even with missing information, your code still managed to perform much better than a human-controlled launch, by a huge margin. It's really impressive to see what you're doing here. As for ground track- did it launch autononmously? I found various figures for the thrust of the AJ-60A. Wikipedia says it has a 379,600 lbf thrust. I couldn't find any other info. -
The large desert on the west part of the map seems unsuitable for a major population center. To the Northwest of kerbafrica's west coast, there is a large sea, roughly shaped like the letter "C." That entire sea, and especially the two significant peninsulas that give it its shape, should be ringed with population centers. The amount of trading going on there makes it very suitable to live in, the mountains to the east of the middle give it plenty of fresh water, and the desert at the southwest brings fertile soil east via winds from the crater.

On the right-hand side of the bottom map, there are two population centers right above each other. One is by two lakes, the other by the coast. It looks to me like it would be logical and efficient to connect the directly, instead of following the coast all the way around. Also, there are two sets of cities that are separated by some water and islands; one on the far right and one in the middle. If Kerbals can construct an interplanetary highway system, is makes sense to me that there would be bridges connecting them. There should be a major population center at the entrance to the large bay northwest of Kerbafrica. I would probably move the city to the west of the isthmus to the northeast until it's on the peninsula. In fact, that entire sea should be filled with people. It's a natural trading area, much like the Medditeranian. Finally, you'll have secondary population centers at most/all of the major road junctions.

I was quoting you because you mentioned the Kerbiashi Maru, and I know that Kuzzter mentioned the writer once.

@Kuzzter, who made the Kerbiashi Maru sim again? Was it Gene or Shirley? I know you mentioned it, but I can't find where.

I thought it was originally supposed to be an April Fool's joke, but yeah, there was no data backup for a few months, and lots of stuff got lost.

Fair enough, and I'm sure he appreciates that. My point is "Why not do on-topic discussion?"

Kuzzter has said in the past that he is not strictly following ST canon. That should be obvious enough from the various other allusions and references, and he also said it in a post somewhere (but the author is dead). I think you may be focusing too hard on the wrong aspect of the story. What will Gene (not Gus!) do to defeat The Ghost? How will the Kerbulan violence affect Kerbal society? What will happen to Kenlie?

Why are we talking about Star Trek? I get that it's interesting and all, but what about Kuzzter's magnificent storytelling? Ok, Enterprise is an allusion, but you guys might be unpacking this a little too far. Kuzzter hasn't given any canon about reentry in a capital ship, and it seems like ya'll're making it up. Personally, I have confidence in Shirley's helmskerb. Good luck, we're all counting on you.

Am I correct in saying that @Starhawk is no longer a moderator? Is everything OK with him?

Well, it doesn't look like you've been very successful, judging by your profile history. What about using the forums as a reward? Say, finish studying for a chapter, spend 15 minutes on the forum. No more than that, though!
