I don't know why people would say that. https://www.dw.com/en/death-toll-rises-above-100-in-german-floods-as-it-happened/a-58284256 This happened three years ago. This year, several people in neighbouring Austria lost their lives due to the heavy rain and flooding. The sad truth is that no country is safe from natural disasters

Exactly what I wanted to look for during my lunch break but you already did all the work for me. Thank you for your analysis!

I'm very happy to see you back here, @Mister Dilsby ! Duna, Ore Bust was the reason I got into KSP, which in turn sparked my interest in looking up to the stars. I think it's safe to say that my life would have been quite different without this community and you have played a big part in that. Thank you!

I suppose that is the issue. Try un-following and re-following the threads.

There's an episode of MythBusters related to this: -
Oops, I should have spotted that. It's a motherboard for AMD CPUs, so it won't be compatible with Intel

Looks like a decent built to me, but I'm no expert. One point: a 1kw PSU for that price tag looks a bit sketchy to me.

I agree that money could be used as an abstract substitute for different kinds of resources. However, I think the added complexity of having to deal with them will give the game even more replay value, at least for me. In principle, I also agree that having both, money and resources, would be a good fit. That said, as soon as we get into the colonization aspect, I see many situations, where money would seem out of place. Let's say you established a settlement on a new planet. It has a population of a few Kerbals or is even totally automated. If you want it to grow (and don't want to fly in new parts from Kerbin), the idea of Bob paying Bill to manufacture new parts collides with how I see Kerbals: Intrepid explorers, not greedy capitalists. But that's just my headcanon. Emphasis added That could happen with resources, too. Nobody said that managing a space program is easy .

totm aug 2023 What funny/interesting thing happened in your life today?
Chemp replied to Ultimate Steve's topic in The Lounge
Battery swap, and for free? Neat! Over here, we're definitely not there, yet. Electric companies sometimes even fight the installation of chargers in the garage. What has me puzzled: Your dad went on their website and the day after, they called. Did he leave his number? -
