Pretty simple question. I want the flag on the side of my command module to be different than the one I plant on some other world. Is this possible? Do Kerbals keep the flag they started with or the flag of the ship they were just in? If it was the former I could start them in a separate craft and load them into my rocket before launch. If not, I'm sad. Thanks in advance for the response, -Pingonaut

Maybe what you're looking for? Completely bare suit texture. It's as close to a wireframe guide as I've found.

Universal Storage 1.4.0.0 (For KSP 1.4.x) 13th March 2018
Pingonaut replied to Paul Kingtiger's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
I keep being told on KSP startup that an update is available for this mod, but after installing it (correctly, twice) it still tells me about an update. 1.0.90.1, which according to the title of this thread doesn't exist. Any ideas? -
[1.2.2] Stock Part Revamp, Update 1.9.6. Released Source Files!
Pingonaut replied to Ven's topic in KSP1 Mod Development
I think I'm gonna have to play without this mod until we get the option to choose only what parts we want changed, like as smaller packs. I was planning to just edit the MM files but it's very tedious. It's really too bad too, because I really like the changes to the capsules and solar panels. I just don't want the engine and tank changes. -
Didn't you already post this? He already had your pack listed in the OP before you reposted it here.

The "Sound Overhaul Project" page links a bunch of great mods, but almost none of them are updated. I especially liked the one that improved the sounds for rockets to make them feel more powerful. Does anyone know if there are any updated versions of these mods or similar ones?

[1.2.2] Stock Part Revamp, Update 1.9.6. Released Source Files!
Pingonaut replied to Ven's topic in KSP1 Mod Development
Does MM actually make the changes to the files? I'm just going to edit the MM file to not switch the textures and models for the ones I want. Will that not work? -
[1.2.2] Stock Part Revamp, Update 1.9.6. Released Source Files!
Pingonaut replied to Ven's topic in KSP1 Mod Development
I really like Ven's engine textures but I really want engine butts, and adding adapters causes the fairings for decouplers to not go up all the way. -
TextureReplacer has never had an issue with messing up contracts. Whatever issue you were having was from a different mod, almost certainly. Not sure where he heard that but if he told you it messed up his contracts he probably was having an issue with another mod and for some reason thought it was TextureReplacer's fault. This mod doesn't make any changes to those files, so I can't imagine any way it would be able to mess up contracts.

[1.2.2] Stock Part Revamp, Update 1.9.6. Released Source Files!
Pingonaut replied to Ven's topic in KSP1 Mod Development
Really? Sure the real tanks had the orange inside, but the rocket engines covered them up so they weren't visible. Having the engine not fit around the tank properly makes it look like there's a part missing. -

This pack makes engines look really strange with the fuel tanks. I really don't like being able to see the orange part of the bottom of the tanks. It's like this on pretty much every engine for that size. -
BROKEN [0.90] TextureReplacer 2.1.2 (20.12.2014)
Pingonaut replied to shaw's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Could I have the file in TextureReplacer's folder? I'd rather not add more clutter to my mod folder. Why was it removed? -

How do I get the reflections to work? Is it the cfg in the "Extras" folder? Reading it it looked to me to just add reflections to parts, I only want visor reflections (my visors only show stars, or nothing if I disable them). -
Saved to Steam, but Steam is saved on a separate partition. I've had it saved there before and it hasn't been a problem. Checked and it's not Read-only. In the config the TEXTURE_QUALITY is set to 0. EDIT: Fresh installed and had the same issue, but after restarting my game it's fixed. Thanks for the support!

This was an issue before any mods were installed, but I do have mods installed now. I don't expect it has been affected though, so I decided it may be better posted here. Regardless of my texture settings (Half-res or full-res) my textures look like this (words nearly unreadable, when they should be clear): If I need to give any more information I'm happy to, I just wanted to get this posted before I went to bed, as I won't have access to my computer very much tomorrow. Thanks in advance, -Pingonaut

[0.25] Astronomer's Visual Pack - Interstellar V2
Pingonaut replied to Astronomer's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
We likely use less mods, mods that lower our RAM usage, or we simply have more RAM than you. -
I imagine China's gonna have to land a man on the moon before they can land a man on Mars, and I think the US would start working faster toward that goal if they knew someone else was planning to.
