KSP does have a 64bit mode, look for the 64bit KSP exe file in the games folder.
Sorry.
I use allready the 64 Bit mode, but he still crashes all the time.
The 32 Bit mode crashes also because memory.
I have 16Gigs in my system and allway at least 6 to 8 free. Graficcard inserds 4 Gigs. should be enough.
I have eject all Mods and still crashes all the time. Dont tell me I have to start at zero...

Hello @Thargan
Sorry but Squad has no control over the interaction of the Unity3D game engine window and your operating systems window manager, so this is not likely to work properly unless your operating system has settings to disable window border snapping.
But, the Unity3D engine allows a borderless window mode using the -popupwindow command line argument.
Make a shortcut to the KSP.exe
Open its rightclick menu.
Open its properties.
In the Target box, add a space after the "
add -popupwindow
Click 'Apply'
Well it works, thx.
But it is not nice.
As player, I don't much like looking for solutions like this.
I'm still anoyed.

I run in 1600x900 windowed, which usually works pretty well.
But yes, having free window resizing (so I could maximize up) would be really great. Not sure whether that's a KSP limitation or a Unity limitation, though.
I dont care of this.
This is not this, what I expect, after two years. -
Hi,
After two years, there is still no proper 64 Bit-Mode, at a game what need so much memory ?
What is hapened ? -
Like two years ago, I spent a lot of time for KSP.
One negative point was the accuracy of simulation. It means: there is a rocket part with sinking course in the atmosphere.
I have a falling part with proper working parachute.
And I have a part, I'm sitting inside with proper working parachute both on the way to land with them.
The simulation does just sinking the rocket part, if I'm on board. Nothing else, if not.
Just the part with parachute, where I'm sitting inside survived the landing, the other not. I'm figured this out multiple times. Sometimes it works mostly not, anyone dies in every case, but just in this part, I'm not inside for my self. Yes, in any part are Kerbals.
Is this kind of not simulation fixed ? -
In Windows Mode, I can't see the bottom lines of screen, because the screen don't considered the Top Window Bar.
I wish for me a Frameless Windowmode, or consider the Window Bar and Fit the Window, or let me Rezize the Window like a Window should be get resized.
But the actual Windowmode is useless, because important parts are hidden and can not adjust.
Simulation of KSP ?

What I asking is:
I have three action spots(events), but I can just observe one of them. The other two bacame in the past(two years ago) a minimum of simulation-power and does stupid things. This things goes another way, if I observe them, but than the other events wil fail or go stupid.
This mean in the past, not observed event bekame less simulation-power and the result is indefinite.
How do it work today ?
