Missions 'Plant Flag on Pol' Mission Can be Completed on Minmus (or any other CB)

Reported Version: v0.2.1 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 11 Pro | CPU: i9-11900k | GPU: RTX 3080 | RAM: 64 Severity: Low Frequency: High. Description: With both the Land on Ike with 3 Kerbals and Plant a flag on Pol missions tracked, land on Ike with a spacecraft with 3 kerbals and use one of them to plant a flag. Landing will complete the first mission, and surprisingly, planting the flag will complete the second, even though it shouldn't because I landed on Ike, not Pol (I've never been to Pol). To reproduce - load the "Ike Landing" save file (neither mission completed) and land on Ike and plant the flag (after which both missions will be completed). The "Ike Flag" save file has the already landed craft with the flag placed and both missions completed for comparison. Please let me know if you need more information. Missions For the difficulty of the LIL CHONKER mission 35 Science as a reward is too low

The next mission (300 tons to Duna) gets 3k science points, so the 35 for this mission definitely feels like a typo (at least one missing 0).
