You can try this, I edit the file to use them also with out DMagic parts don't know why there set to use his plugin has they can be changed to use ModuleAnimateGeneric if you still want the experiment you just need the Resources folder think it was out of Dmagics folder hope it helps

The install path should be ksp/GameData/JSI and you need to have ModuleManager.*.*.* installed and it should work by the way what cockpit ? -

Better if you run them back through unity but one has auto struts on it and i don't know how to set them up in unity don't recall having any problem with them flipping -

Sorry not much time for ksp just checking in here and there and missed your post will try and take a look but on the weight what is ksp fuel weight to real life fuel weight has this will also play a part in burn time -
Do you know how to edit the CFG ? If you do on the pod you will see

If I remember right the Ariane 5 wasn't made by any of the names posted it was from and most of this mod was just a mix of other mods already post others -
Did you goto any of the link that wasml posted ? I know they are old but engines haven't change much and looking at your engine you don't have a thrustTransform on it is your problem you have to add it to your model also and forgot the forums got nuked some of them are gone

Has I haven't play with RSS in some time and don't have it installed will need a tester to test things out so if you would like to here is a test file just unzip and put it in your KSP/GameData folder some where https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/72893034/HorizonAeronauticsRSS_Patch.zip And let me know how things work out EDIT- Updated link added a craft file but didn't add the struts to the craft if you look at the craft you will see strut mounts on it and didn't know what RSS sets there struts as so good luck but all looked good -

How big you want it and how much fuel and engine thrust ? Edit- And also RSS most the time cuts the mass what you want it cut by ? -
Has has pointed most of the problem out @YANFRET has taken a break from KSP I'm not sure if the mod can be posted in the thread or not and i don't really want to try and make a MM to change all of it so if i can get back in connect with Yanfret i see if i can just update the downlinks
