  1. 100000 Bottles of Beer and the Baby Shark Song. Then all you guys go drown yourselves and I get my own personal island.
  2. Not me. No cases yet in the county.
  3. Arrright. Here is my entry, clocking in at 26:42. Not nearly the sub-25 that one guy did, but hey, I flew it meself. (First time reentering a plane, it was exciting.) The only mod is Restock, I think I filled all the requirements. Here is the plane design I used. When I reentered, the decoupler had somehow been decoupled during staging, but everything else was intact. Here is the launcher, built like a Falcon Heavy. Two side mammoths, one core mammoth, one rhino, and then a wad of nuke asparagus. Mmmf, forgot to take a screenie on the pad. Oh well. Just imagine yonder rocket sitting on the launchpad. Burning for orbit on the last Mammoth: I had to have some tricks up my sleeve to beat or come close to 25 minutes. I don't know how @Laie did it, but my method was to burn to escape velocity and then burn radial in to keep my altitude down. The nukes couldn't resist the centripetal force as well as the rhino, so I had to bring the Ap in to about halfway between Mun and Munmus. The ship after staging the first set of nuke asparagus, regaining the 70km mark after being flung slightly outward. Ah! that's where those fins went. Regained a desirable altitude, chugging away. That satellite went by way to close and fast for comfort. Starting reentry burn and lowering my Ap. Down to the central nuke now. Regained a normal orbital speed: Shooting for the KSC: Cooling off after reentry. It's really hard to fly a plane without a tail fin. The millisecond before Jeb bails. Who says planes can't fly backwards? Preparing to lithobrake: Touchdown 35 seconds after EVA! EVA'd at 26:07. Adding 35 seconds for landing, the total time is 26:42. Jeb might even have time to change his underwear after that reentry.
  4. Nope. @GRS When he checks his notifications, it's gonna be bad...
  5. I just wait until Minmus is ~40° behind either node and transfer from a normal equatorial orbit.
  6. You made me check to make sure the video was still playing so many times.
  7. My first couple launches followed this tutorial. My third launch was a 3-kerbal (slightly overpowered) Mun rocket flown with the aid of this other tutorial. And it I landed it. ...and I came back. ..and I didn't watch a single Scott Manley video. Things I don't advise are: starting by downloading MechJeb, copying the tutorials' rocket designs exactly (or even worse, downloading them off KerbalX), and not venturing outside Kerbin's SOI. They hinder learning and exploring. I would suggest just using the KSP wiki. Do the tutorials, learn about the NavBall and maneuver nodes, learn the key bindings, learn about delta-V and Isp and TWR, and learn about all the planets and moons. And don't be afraid to try doing things when you don't know what will happen (just make sure you have a quicksave). To get beginners into the game, they need to learn about the game quickly. Confusion and a lack of knowledge will cause people to walk away from KSP.
  8. So could I potentially jettison the kerbal and use the EVA chute to land? (I'm really bad at landing planes.)
  9. You sounded like you had Coronavirus for that first part of the video.
  10. My method is to back up ~20m, and then charge forward and ram the port at about 8 m/s. It is a universal fix for slight misalignments and things clipped a little too far into the docking port.
  11. Just looking at his profile, I don't think he's gonna show up.
  12. This is always how I do docking. If you don't have probe cores or pilots advanced enough to set SAS to , just use WASD to make sure the icons are centered on the navball for both ships.
  13. Ah, the irony. Oh derp necro! It's not March 2019 anymore is it? Too bad you don't get the warning when saying "quote selection".
  14. -32 Oy! You can't do that! You already added one before!
  15. ♫ There once was a frog, as big as a dog... ♪ (Ah yees, but this particular frog has a samurai sword)
  16. Mm-hmm. Just EVA a kerbal right before reentry and you will indeed find out they do turn into no-shell, deep-fried, overdone taco filling.
