Nope. I got ninja'd a whole bunch of times. I still remember the first time it happened and I didn't know the term. (Oh sweet days of innocence when I made craft that drive up the side of the VAB, (and every other building at the KSC) and almost perfectly proportioned and good enough looking you didn't have to guess what it was jets.)

I know it is meant to be stupid answers, but it is because they vibrate out all the bubbles when they are being formed so that there are no flaws for a crack to start in. Glass that has been formed properly without flaws is actually extremely tough.
