  1. Yeah Linx suggested that'd be the case as it's the same system in essence, just retextured and such. Thing is, do the Parallax textures override the rather beautiful JNSQ textures on places like Minmus? As Galileo and such made the prettiest Minmus there is, it'd look INSANE with this new Parallax.
  2. I suspect said configs won't work at all until updated. A lot has changed in 2.0 I believe.
  3. Hold on, does this work with JNSQ? I've tried it on stock with Sigma Dimensions, setup for 2.5x rescale and it works fine and dandy. Performance overall seems solid, went to the Mun (which looks insane), landed, well I landed on a rock and tipped over but...no-one died so we'll call it a landing. Got out, had a little stroll about, no real issues. I must confess, upon returning to Kerbin I landed in the mountains, or should I say just short of the mountains, the trees, and the grass, and the flowers, make it look so good. Like SO good, it's like a different game. Now, if only I could get Beyond Home level clouds, in the stock game!
  4. To answer own question, Ad Astra does indeed work with the JNSQ 10x rescale option HOWEVER there is a slight graphical issue with atmospheres. I've came across something like this before with Sigma Dimensions, where the planet has a translucent 'ball' around it. I can't remember how I fixed that in Beyond Home though, as it was a huge issue with Hydrus in particular in that mod. For the record though, JNSQ paired with Ad Astra is perhaps the best planet pack/graphical mod available for the game, there's others that are beautiful (like Beyond Home to name one) but JNSQ, with it being a remaining of stock Kerbin System has that much more charm. The textures of Minmus and the Mun in particular are gorgeous!
  5. I literally came to this thread looking for this. I reinstalled JNSQ because it's without doubt the best planet pack available (even more so with Ad Astra) but the ground around the KSC was like luminous green, like almost glowing. I'll give this patch a shot when I'm next on the game.
  6. Hello, I have a quick question for those involved. Does Ad Astra work fine with the rescale option included in JNSQ?
  7. Not to sound nuts, but if it's owt like the mouse issue in the VAB/SPH it can be fixed with Ctrl - Alt - F12, then navigate to input locks and click 'Clear Input Locks'. That fixes 90% of interface issues I've experienced in Kerbal Space Program. Best of luck fixing it.
  8. Scratch that, it appears reverting to 0.7* Scatterer fixes this. Beautiful mod BTW.
  9. Is there a bug with Hydrus? I installed the mod as I'm looking for a new planet pack to play and Hydrus is inside a fuzzy ball sorta thing?
  10. Has anyone ever came across an issue with Scatterer/EVE when using JNSQ, GPP, GEP and Ad Astra for JNSQ together? I'm thinking it somehow breaks the GPP/GEP clouds and such.
  11. OK bit of a side question. You ever tested JNSQ (Ad Astra) with GPP Secondary and GEP? Whilst the Kerbin system looks sensational, all of the Clouds and Scatterer effects have gone from Gael, etc. This a conflict with Ad Astra?
  12. Looked at it and Holy Jebediah it looks good. I mean who needs Kerbal Space Program 2 when the modding community for KSP is so good. I was in awe of Lindor the other day with Ad Astra, I can't believe it's the same game where Jool is just a green ball.
  13. Thank you sir. Your clouds are fantastic BTW. I wanted to keep the stock Kerbal system but none of the stock mods I've seen are as good as JNSQ and the one chink in the armour of JNSQ was the clouds really. Ad Astra well and truly fixes that and adds lovely auroras and such.
  14. Hello there. Might I say first and foremost that JNSQ (plus GPP and GEP) with Ad Astra might be the most spectacular setup available for Kerbal Space Program. But, I must ask is there any game breaking risks involved with changing the Sun effects back to the 'stock' JNSQ ones? As much as Ad Astra knocks JNSQ out of the park, I do prefer the original Sun effects. Keep up the good work. Hello there. 15. Is JNSQ one of the compatible planet packs? It's not on the list but since it's a remote group of stars (which are freaking gorgeous might I add) I can't imagine it'd conflict with JNSQ?
  16. Yeah that makes sense, I'll give that a try next time I'm on.
  17. You sir are a scholar and a gentleman. Yeah, I'm not sure if it's suppose to be like that to be honest or whether it's some other kind of issue. Like I said, the planets are visible, just rather dim. Am I right in assuming the parameters of the star can be edited in a sense of luminosity by distance?
  18. Yes, that's what I thought until I installed the three mentioned mods, and I have Ciro, Grannus and Robau's Star, now I have no idea where the devil the third star comes from? Like is it part of Galileo's Pack?
  19. Hello people, I have decided the joint this forum as perhaps the best source of information regarding Kerbal Space Program and its multitude of mods. So. That said, I was wondering whether someone could offer a bit of advice. I am running Galileo Planet Pack, Grannus Expansion Pack, Outer Planets Mod and Minor Planets Mod. Now, all of these work together with no real issue it seems and I love how Team Galileo have them in orbit of other stars. This is where the problem lies. Robau's Star (Not sure if it's part of GPP, GEP or OPM) seems too 'dim'. So the Outer Planet Mod planets are rather dark, not black, the textures are visible and such, just dark. Can someone point me in the direction of the configs for Robau's Star, so I can see if tweaking the parameters helps. Thanks in advice for any input.
