I downloaded the mod using ckan, but the turrets dont have any sounds, is this intentional or is something missing on my client?

Guys does anyone know how to fix the bug where half the IVA view of the cockpit is black? Every time i go into IVA view and try to look to the side or above, the back half of the cockpit is just black without windows or anything.
