  1. I got this as well just before 0.2 launched, it was aftera a windows 10 update but before a Graphics Card 3070 Driver Update.
  2. So I had check of the Map Screen before Launch recently (as I need to line up an intercept) and found that I ALSO didn't have any trajectory lines. After Launch I didn't get them either and eventually had to to quit/restart to get them back.
  3. Yeah once your off the pad everything seems to be okay (other than your trajectory is incorrect and parts are flying off the rocket). But occassionally on load the rocket is trying to tear itself apart from the get go. Revert to launch doesn't fix this, I remember that after I took this photo and then I gave up and redesigned a new rocket.
  4. Reported Version: v0.2.0 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 10 Professional | CPU: AMD 5800x | GPU: Zotec 3070 with improved fans. | RAM: 64GB CL14 Photo is a screen grab of the after math, I've also had this happen on loading in 0.2 where the rocket just shakes itself into exploding from loading. This time I quickly hit the launch button to show the seperation otherwise you'd get a photo fo a large explosion. It happens very quick and I don't have a video yet and it's only happened like 3 times on me. Rocket Set-up when this has happened, the most complex was: Payload - 2nd Stage - Core Stage = 3 or 4 Boosters Included Attachments: Spicat edit: Related bug from previous version
  5. Flight view, powered return landing of a probe into the ocean as I had no parachute, hit the water pretty hard but survived and just kept going down.
  6. Reported Version: v0.2.0 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 10 Professional | CPU: AMD 5800x | GPU: Zotec 3070 with improved fans. | RAM: 64GB CL14 Placed the engine, seperator, booster on the bottom of the rocket in VAB Then selected 3x and picked up the engine-sep-booster segment and placed down as 3 for additional TWR and dV Engine interstage cover did not apply to the 2 of 3 engines that were generated by the steps above. Did not seem to impact flight dynamics, but then its going straight up. When decoupled all 3 did as you'd expect. Included Attachments:
  7. Reported Version: v0.2.0 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 10 Professional | CPU: AMD 5800x | GPU: Zotec 3070 with improved fans. | RAM: 64GB CL14 Preparing to land and went to extend the landing gear and nothing happened, tried several times to engage the gear system but its stuck "on" and nothing I could do would toggle the state nor the landing gear. Ended up landing on the engines. Included Attachments:
  8. Reported Version: v0.2.0 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 10 Professional | CPU: AMD 5800x | GPU: Zotec 3070 with improved fans. | RAM: 64GB CL14 Started a Burn, Timewarped to make it go faster, exited timewarp but lost control of ship and the game still thinks timewarp is going. Engines are using up fuel but velocity & Ap not changing in correlation (like 1/100th of what I would expect, the ship stage easily had enough to burn to Minmus and land) Included Attachments:
  9. Reported Version: v0.2.0 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Win 10 Pro | CPU: 5800X | GPU: 3070 | RAM: 64 CL14 Okay here is a fun one, After a launch a “fireball” continues to follow the craft through the whole mission. It has its only velocity profile relative to the active vessel (and Kerbal EVA) but it’s clearly a function of the vessel’s velocity (or acceleration) profile. video is snippets of its existences throughout the flight to show various states. I can post or provide an unabridged video if required.
  10. Reported Version: v0.2.0 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 10 Professional | CPU: 5800X | GPU: Zotec 3070 with improved fans. | RAM: 64GB CL14 After a Revert to VAB to add a science module (almost forgot!) during a launch countdown. When I relaunched and the pad was on fire. Didn't affect the launch negatively but it was interesting... Included Attachments: .ipsImage { width: 900px !important; }
  11. Reported Version: v0.2.0 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 10 Professional | CPU: 5800X | GPU: Zotec 3070 with improved fans. | RAM: 64GB CL14 Pretty sure I'm not suppose to go underground in Kerbin, this was a landing where apparently the craft just didn't stop. Pretty Basic Staypuntink Probe I can't recover nor do anything with the craft, so maybe it exploded and its "spirit" dropped to the center of the planet or something? Included Attachments:
  12. I've had this issue as well, or a lot of science experiments being done/taken that then read "0" in the science value, which is AFTER the science was done AND returned by an eailier mission.
  13. Ditto, you CAN set the manuveour node on the main line though, that's the only way currently and its messy.
  14. Apologies, I though I had time stamped it. 1 hour and 30 minutes, I fly right through 39KM PE pass through Kerbin's atmosphere like its nothing, you can hear me to hit timewarp the delay and then it just SHOTS forward. https://www.youtube.com/live/TrLv3myHCGM?si=a6XyvfYYcVo4Su4q&t=5416 There are more examples in the video but that one is the worst (because you can timewarp through atmospheres to avoid their drag, I've done it a few times now).
  15. Reported Version: v0.2.0 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 10 Professional | CPU: 5800X | GPU: Zotec 3070 with improved fans. | RAM: 64GB CL14 I've seen this for EVE/Gilly & Kerbin/Minmus in my first interplanetary mission. Moons are named the planets they are orbiting rather than their actual name in the MAP when the Planet is in focus (example when you are trying to plot an intercept). Example: Gilly is Called EVE, Minmus is Called Kerbin Included Attachments:
  16. Reported Version: v0.2.0 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 10 Professional | CPU: 5800X | GPU: Zotec 3070 with improved fans. | RAM: 64GB CL14 So if you splash down and your camera is pointing "up" you see nothing but blackness, same issue if your ship is underwater, you can't see anything. 17. Reported Version: v0.2.0 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 10 Professional | CPU: 5800X | GPU: Zotec 3070 with improved fans. | RAM: 64GB CL14 We are talking 5-9 fps which is a lot lower than I saw when launching with 1.5 etc. ~5 FPS when Engines or Boosters are ON and Overheating (Flames see photo) (4-6fps) ~9 FPS when Engines are On (1-5 engines/boosters) tested at once (8-14fps but 9 is the average) As soon as the engines or boosters cut out it jumps to like 40fps+ (even if the craft is experiancing atmospheric flames) and once in space tops at 60fps which is my Monitor's max fps. Example Craft in the Photo shows I wasn't doing anything that extreme with the rocket build... Included Attachments:
  18. Ditto, 1. Parachutes not deploying once repacked 2. Parachutes not deploying at all... 3. Parachutes Deploying during thermal Re-Entry
  19. Reported Version: v0.2.0 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 10 Professional | CPU: 5800X | GPU: Zotec 3070 with improved fans. | RAM: 64GB CL14 It was a basic Launch, Stay Putnick on a large Solid Booster and then decouple once expended but now there are no orbit lines and only PE/AP points. Yes, this is in the latest For Science! Included Attachments: .ipsImage { width: 900px !important; }
  20. Reported Version: v0.2.0 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 10 Professional | CPU: 5800X | GPU: Zotec 3070 with improved fans. | RAM: 64GB CL14 I had more than a few issues with timewarp not "going" and then suddenly take off, this may also be a FPS catch-up situation but it was annoying. I also time warped through a 40km PE of Kerbin when I was hoping to aerobrake and the game acted like it was a vaccum encounter (so I didn't get any breaking).   21. Reported Version: v0.1.5 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 10 Professional | CPU: AMD 5800x | GPU: Zotec 3070 with improved fans. | RAM: 64GB CL14 Rocket started to rotate on ascent through Kerbin Atmosphere but when it reached space it went crazy eventually tearing several parts apart (they are side mounted, no radial detachment) at that point I paused the game to record the screen as I've had this kind of thing happen before. As you can see from the video it just got worse until finally staged the rocket to just the capsule and then the SAS seemed to actually do something. Rocket was made using ONLY the parts that the initial "For Science" Tier would have as I was trying to land on Mun with just those parts for a fun challenge video. Included Attachments: .ipsImage { width: 900px !important; }
  22. For #1, what additional things would you like tested or stats you need? I get it often enough I hopefully can provide some additional data for a fix as its quite annoying. #8 the save and reload (or quit game and come back) solution works, not ideal but a work around none the less.
  23. I'm not a fan of "interception and docking" as much as I should be... so as far as stations go this one is my most complex. Biggest challenge was docking without hitting the solar panels on some stages as some don't have retracting capabilities. From another angle, more technical but less "cool looking".
