  1. Agreed. But they most likely have other things on their minds right now. All I'd ask for is at least ANY life sign - even if it only: "hey, we're currently working out how things will continue, give us some more days", just ANYTHING.
  2. First I took Jeb to the Mun with 33.81 tons. Really looking to see what you guys came up with and where I could have saved even more mass.
  3. Forgot to bring a heatshield for reentry this time...
  4. @ralanboyle Amazing, congratulations! I got some questions: 1) Canard style? What? That works amazingly well. How do you do it? Is it a stabilizer at the front? How do you control it? A quick action group? 2) What happened to your video during the finish? I first thought my PC was crashing 3) If you have a look at my video, my plane's SAS is constantly trying to correct its previous over-correction and the plane is wobbling back and forth. I had that with some planes that I designed in the past. Do you have an idea what is causing this and how to fix it? Maybe with answers to those questions, I can do another attempt
  5. Cool challenge! I do accept the challenge! And I'm proud to be part of this cool annual event. My current best time: 2:06.
  6. Thanks again @ralanboyle and everyone else for the tips. I came up with an improved version of my sea plane:
  7. @ralanboyle Wow, congratulations. I have to say, I am really impressed and this gives me a lot of ideas that I have to try out this evening, thanks!
  8. This was a quick one. 2 missions in one go by sending a small satellite to orbit.
  9. Wow! Dippedidip launch it is And very impressive how it can generate that much lift with less than 40 m/s! Is it because of the 4 wings?
  10. I came up with a cool technique that I named "dippedidip launch", check out the video
  11. Here is my take on it. I really struggled to build something that actually floats. How do you normally do that? Does the physics engine event allow/support this?
  12. Just started a new playthrough. My goal is to upload a video for each For Science! mission on Youtube for people who might struggle to be able to just search for the mission name and find an example on how to do it. Did 3 For Science! missions in one go.
  13. Hi all Here's my entry - I'm already second place I made it with 11.77 tons. I have ~150 hours in KSP2 and ~200 hours in KSP. My first tries were without a reaction wheel as well but I found that way too annoying and invested the 75kg.
  14. Yes it is. Check out this previous video on my channel to see a detailed exploration of the features:
  15. yeah it really is. Due to the clouds on Eve, I never really know where to land. That's going to be much better now. Thanks.
