I get a task who told me to put a surface sismo (From Braking ground) on mun and get 50% of science, but the science don't increase with time. I check the solar panels several times and i put them closer. i realy don't know what to do.

i don't no what happen, i just left for 30 minutes and when i come back the problem dissapear Note: i was on the ground with batteries, solar pannels and atennas i also play with some mods, i dont know if that could be causing the problem

So, my problem is... At a random moment in the gameplay , when launch a ship, I realized that there was no signal. even though I'm at KSC and have antennas. This happened twice already and I had to load my save to try to solve the problem. Could anyone help me solve my problem? Sorry for the enlglish :0
