I have this same issue and get spammed with about 21 of these pers second. I can't find the craft it is stemming from and it is extremely annoying to see at all times.

I have also had an issue with faring deployment although mine did not spin and was just stuck until I pitched the rocket. The next time I attempted fairing, I tried with maximum ejection force and it worked perfectly. All in 0.2.0.0

also seen this, noticed especially when parachute deploys

I have experienced the same issue and it is very annoying. I don't think the button should light up if there are no experiments with science to receive.
