I am used to it now, but I think this is not intentional. The good part is, as mentioned by others here, that it saved me a couple of times from wrong Staging.

Restarting the Game Solved the Problem, but I was able to reproduce the Bug with the F2 Trick. I normally play without Quick saving and Loading, and the only time I was using the F2 was to make a Screenshot at the Mun arc. The Launch after I brought the craft back from Mun was a small Satellite, this was the Launch the Problem appeared again.
