  1. sas would help. I know i have had this issue. It has to do with the center of mass and thrust.
  2. It is only because everyone gets click happy....i couldn't access the forums for 4-5 days because of it. The patcher just said screw it and gave up because of the traffic lol.
  3. Im glad they added these because they come in so handy. I have ran into issues with them though =( sometimes they dont fire.....even when the staging is set right the game just ignores that they are there. Anyone else get this?
  4. I bet the Dev's and Mods laugh at you guys when reading this stuff lol. I can see them when it comes time to the meetings they have. They discuss this stuff, laugh, and make comments about some of the stuff you guys come up with =P

You could take that ion engine from MMI and make a copy of it, then edit the cfg file to change the trust to let say 60? that is what i did and my probes i used to test out a flight before the crew did worked perfectly. If you strap on three of them using the tri coupler its a pretty efficient machine for a medium sizes probe/satellite On the attachment you can see jebi hooking up the fuel lines from the refuel probe to the lander behide him =P

  8. There is some bad news as well - sounds for RCS thrusters doesn't work. Does anybody know how to turn on sounds for them? Why people saying about performance issues? Performance isn't issue at all! Even HD textures 2048x2048 works very smooth so far. Of course, there is no bump maps yet, but this shouldn't be a problem at all. I watching very carefully on all aspects of this mod. Dont worry. I just trying to say what there is no point to create second CSS-like shuttle, because we already have one. CSS is very good shuttle, easy to construct, with good aerodynamics and excellent engines, plus you can download it right now. I mean, i using another approach - more customizability and more attention to details, with ability to create you own shuttle design with lots of plugins for maximum experience, challenge and fun. That's the main idea, anyway. P.S. If somebody interested, i am making development live streams, so you can actually see full creation process from scratch till game. I believe you have to set it in the configs which sound to use. As for the performance issues people are just worried because at the games current state is fragile and some modders forget that and go all out on polys like you said alone with high res textures. I really like that your on focus with that =) means you care and know what you are doing =P i cant wait to use this mod hehe. I would love to be a flight tester of the project. Development stream sounds awesome. it is cool to see how someone works. A nice visual aid as well for new modders and how the project is going.
  9. Sweet. Most modders don't take the "finding parts" in to play when the make their parts. Im glad you are. Its a great idea! and yea your texturing is amazing. i was wondering how u made a low poly so good looking. i see what you did there =)

This project is coming along great! i cant wait for the shuttle! =) i think for easier building that the rcs and cover parts should all be connected so it would be only two parts and not 8 or 9 separate parts. people with a lot of mods will have issues trying to find all those tiny parts. Plus it will save staging space and less parts = less lag.
  11. It would be cool on next release to include a rendezvous module for when your in space. Its hard linking up with other crafts to use the fuel exchange mod.
  12. I remember reading somewhere that fuel Explosion Potential depends on the amount of fuel the part contains. so more fuel = bigger explosion. =) makes sense right!?

  14. dude omg your amazing! the textures and modeling is jaw dropping! idk how squad team has not hired you yet to work purely on new parts *cough* *cough* Keep up the good work! I will keep tracking this until you release! I cant wait for the X-71. It is my favorite variant of the shuttle system. Will you make it so interplanetary travel is possible with the x-71?
  15. Awh sweet! this this awesome man! just want i needed. I hate trying to find room to add the mechjeb on to the side of a rocket. Makes it harder later on when i need to add more fuel and what not.
  16. I think the payload pack is awesome! I would love to see a 3m version to hide those huge rockets for in the future when new planets come =) It will help with aerodynamics if you could cover up the 3 man pod. Plus it will make the rockets look amazing in the end as well. Oh and I almost forgot..a matching decouple for the parts would be nice =) a strong one too. Not those wobble ones we have now. They annoy me.
  17. Looks amazing! i cant wait to use it! Will there anything new for the Ausplane? maybe a larger space shuttle type one for interstellar? would be awesome.

  21. Hey guys, I am new to KSP and I love the game. Cant wait to see whats down the road. I tried to go to the download link and it loads but doesn\'t load the download icon. Works for all the other mods, but just not this one. Could someone upload this somewhere else for me please. I want to use this pack. Thanks.
