  1. The new version of KSP runs fine on my computer at 1024 x 768 (this is on my crappy Intelgrated Laptop. My good computer is at home, I'm at school.) Anyhow, in the last version of the game, when I set the game to run in fullscreen, the game would letterbox the screen. This meant no weird issues with stretching. With 0.90, the game now stretches 1024 x 768 to 1366 x 768. I don't like the stretching, and I can't play in windowed mode with the toolbar in the way at the bottom of the screen. Is there a way to make the game letterbox like it did in 0.25?
  2. I have tried this. It's great for planes, but with rockets, it makes things go a bit fast. For instance, my first career mode rocket was three solid rocket boosters stacked on top of each other, and staged via overheating. I crossed Eve's orbit without even trying. Is this a bug, oversight, or just weird scaling? If I were to, say, use the RSS mod, would this work a bit better?
  3. You'll notice that they uploaded one build into each depot. This is all the same build, but it's an interesting one nonetheless.
  4. We don't need them to finish today. It would be nice, but it's not necessary for my survival. I've got backup plans involving Skyrim and a couple dozen mods. Or it could mean the build is going so badly that they don't even want to push it to their testers yet. You can't divine anything from the Steam database with certainty.
  5. Whatever the case may be, please make sure you only have ONE order called in for their office. We don't want Squad to be crushed to death by the pizza helicopter, do we?
  6. This would most likely be done whenever they get around to giving Duna a makeover. It would also be awesome.
  7. Look, I run a dangerous space program, and I like those guys. If we could maybe make it so they aren't the default victims volunteers for my crew, that would be swell.
  8. After using the new SAS for a bit, I'm finding that it's not holding course much either. The videos said that it only releases control of axes which you are controlling, but I find that my rocket tends to roll when doing a gravity turn with SAS on. Not sure if it's supposed to do that or not.
  9. The ascent guidance seems to be a lot less reliable now, and I'm not sure why that is. Any ideas?
  10. If I want to recover debris from the tracking station, I have to click each one individually. A "Collect all recoverable debris" button would be really handy.
  11. Operating System: Windows 7 Memory: 16 GB ASAS Trouble (Y/N): Yes Mods installed, pre patch: Yes Mods installed, post patch: No Joysticks: None Description of Problem: The SAS seems to have a tolerance of a few degrees, but nothing game-breaking is happening.
  12. I would appreciate it if you used a slightly less sketchy file hosting site. I blocked two popups trying to download the pack, and a third one slipped through. This isn\'t that big a deal, but it would be nice if you could host it on DropBox instead, or something. That being said, I haven\'t used this pack in a while and I look forward to trying it out again!
  13. I refuse to play with any mods until the part selection screen improves. There are already 3 pages of stock parts, and yeah, it\'s difficult to do a whole lot with just stock stuff, but that\'s my perspective. Hopefully, 0.16 will include that improved part selection screen. That being said, I loved playing with mods before the new parts from .15 were added, so I may give it another shot.
  14. I must have tried three or four times, but I simply cannot get this thing off the ground.
  15. :w00t: The Kickstarter has been funded. Thanks to all who have contributed!
  16. And to answer your question about being on a mac. It\'s built in Unity, and Unity works on a Mac, so I would say... eventually? EDIT: YES! They have a Mac version for download on their site. Enjoy it!
  17. Kickstarter link here Kinetic Void is a Kickstarter project with a great deal of potential. Youtube video showing off the demo Hueg picture link 1 Hueg picture link 2 The demo is out now so you can try it. It\'s going to be a Unity-based Space Trader with ships that you customize and build yourself. I can\'t really explain it much better than the Kickstarter can, though. Go see it for yourself, try the demo, and see if you like it enough to throw money at it. I did!
  18. You\'re correct. This thing flies like a dream. As for why it\'s so stable, my best guess is simple wing spamming. The amount of wings you put on this thing make it behave most like a jet I have ever seen in KSP. Nice find.
  19. Forgive me. Had to do it. Nice job. Didn\'t know it was possible to do that.
  20. Nova, the pack is nice, but higher power parts would be great. I\'m trying to get to the Mun with a decently sized rocket, and its all I can do to achieve a stable orbit. On the other hand, I may just be doing it wrong. Can\'t tell.
  21. Still trying to figure out the orbital mechanics. Been playing Shores of Hazeron for so long that I need to get back into the swing of things. Oh well.
