I'm not saying they owe me or us anything, I'm happy with the game. I just wish more, everyone wishes more.

Just remember the following, guys:
To date no mod has done it.
It's a small thing (unless it comes up, it won't have an impact on your gameplay at all).
The better player you are, the smaller the chance you will even see it. (Otherwise you will see it and will have to deal with its effects.)
It's something we can do as a perk of adding all the code necessary for the feature that required us to undergo the big art project that has got all of our art team chained to their desks.
If I'm reading this right... I will never see it? Thanks for making something that I will probably not notice.

Feels like another planet.

Dear god... This is... Jeb...
Is this thing really capable to carry Jeb?
-
Squad have attempted procedural clouds before, displaying a few shots of them. They abandoned it due to being unable to get a playable frame rate while running them.
Oooh I remember those images, wasn't it from the first Kerbalcon or sometime after it?

KSP is Love, KSP is Life, KSP is everything and better than 42.
Imagine - Think - Build - Test - Launch - ExplodeOn a serious note, this is pretty much what KSP is summed up.
-
Oooh shiny, I like the models of those engine, I might someday download your part pack if I have the time to play the game.
As for today, I didn't really play KSP on my computer, but I had a strange dream about it, that counts as playing the game, right?

I wouldn't mind Squad taken over by NASA but then again I don't like the fact that small companies being eaten by big companies whoever they are and whatever they do. It's just like in school, the bullies annoying the rest of the class.

Interesting find there, that explains alot of the lag I have. I always use the shielded docking port because they look cooler instead of the normal docking port. If this is the case I won't be using the shielded one till there is one that doesn't generate this much lag, maybe I should look for one of the mods. Time to redesign everything now.

Going to Eeloo with a Long-Range-Ion-Fission-Reactor-Powered-Kartbonite-Satellite.

Awesome! This is what I always thought Spaceport should be like. Congratz on the gold state.
-
I just wish we could limit the top speed of the wheels.
With Mechjeb you can, I usually use it so I don't go faster than 10 m/s with my rovers.

Having fun with a new plane.

Woah so many amazing posts today.
Today I continued my voyage with the KRSS - Explorer I. I decided to use Mechjeb instead of the Kerbal Clock to calculate the departure times for my mission because Kerbal clock has a strange way of doing it. For instance, there is a difference of one year if I wanted to depart from Moho to go to Eeloo and to me, the calculations of Mechjeb seems more accurate than Kerbal Clock.
So my next destination was Dres and I had less than a k-day (Kerbal day = 6h) to depart from Moho. I launched my lander and rendez-vous with the rest of the ship.
After some time I arrived near Dres and parked in a circular orbit. There I undocked my lander and landed on the ground of this lonely and usually forgotten planet.
Bill Kerman is the first and only kerbal to step on this planet, the other two (Jeb and Bob) didn't want to go outside because it reminded them to much of the Mun. Bill was happy to poke the planet and plant the flag.
My next destination will be Gilly, the departure from Dres will be in 122 k-days to Eve. It will be also the first time that the KRSS - Explorer I will be doing an aerocapture. The future of this really long mission looks bright and purple.

I decided to de-orbit and get back to KSC with one of the prototype of a lander that is currently on Moho (see my last post a page ago). Somehow I always land a little after the launchpad but it's close enough.
I'm really linking this lander, the design is just perfect and it can go pretty far by itself depending of the b9 part configuration.

Chilling on Moho.

Hey Maccollo, is your new Venus lander still gonna do this?

That is some crazy physics there.
Today my KRSS - Explorer I reached Moho and the lander landed on the ground. Bob Kerman was the first to step out and plant a flag on it.
Now I will begin the inspection of my ship and figure out where my next stop will be. I will chose the destination according to the Kerbal clock and the shortest time to depart to another planet from Moho.
The end goal is to plant a flag on every planet and moon with the same ship and the same crew (Jeb, Bill and Bob). My last destination will probably be Eve because the lander cannot go to orbit from the ground of Eve.

There also has to be SOMETHING making the ground green...
Of course, it's painted that way, don't you know? Everything you see is painted, haven't you read this?

Time to departure, fire the engines, Moho, here I come!
-
I know what you're saying, I had a Mun encounter 3 times this week going to Minmus, sometimes making the journey longer then expected. But a little nudge here or there and it can go to Minmus without much extra fuel consumption.
-
Getting close!
-
I continued on the assembling of my spacedock around Minmus and launched a small mining ship to mine Karbonite on Minmus.
During the mining process I had a little fun with a kerbal.
I came back to the station with a tank full of karbonite and converted that to rocketparts.
Thing is, I don't know if I'm going to continue building the station, the thing is a lagfest with a little less than 200 parts. I know that the reason is part of my PC (that I have been using since version 0.8) but Unity and KSP has really problems handling these things. I just hope that some day something like this station (or anything with 200 parts) can load fast and not be a lagfest.
-
Got the KASA warpship to Minmus full of kerbals, I just love that ship.
-
I was building my space station in orbit around the Mun and then I changed my mind, why would I build a space dock around the Mun if I can do it around Minmus faster and using less resources. So I decided to take my station, using really little fuel I had and de-orbited to be in orbit around Kerbin and with the speed I gained I could go the Minmus without having to wait for a better departure using less fuel.
I continued to build the station and got 2 Kerbals to stay up there. One of them will take a lander that can mine Karbonite on Minmus and fuel the station temporarily.
Your Base and Station purpose?

In stock I don't build space station or bases, only satellites for the usual science thing contract. But with a modded KSP I use for orbital shipyard. With mods like kethane/Karbonite and Extraplanetary Launchpads you can build ships in orbit if there is enough resources in the station. I usually put my station in orbit around a moon like the Mun, Minmus or Ike. I had once a station in orbit around Eeloo and had ships that could mine on the ground and go the station.
The only thing I couldn't do (and still can't) is create Kerbals on those places without having to ship them there from Kerbin.
