If you just started a career campaign, you haven't invented the devices yet. If you're not just starting a career, it sounds like something went wrong with your game download. Delete it and try again. And you're both welcome to the forum.

As this thread is more than a year old, OP will have moved past this problem by now, and any advice in the thread is likely to be rendered obsolete by the new aircraft parts, thread closed.

The game is a work-in-progress. Sometimes this means new features get added, and sometimes this means new bugs appear. Right now, the 64-bit version doesn't work very well. It will be addressed in time. Meanwhile, there's no reason to insult each other over it, so this thread is now closed.
